Come and see why families choose Landon by the Sea year after year for their Destin vacation. This townhome is located on the Gulf of Mexico and on Scenic Highway 98. Nestled between the sand dunes and sea oats, this exclusive and spacious townhome offers spectacular Gulf views. Simply walk right out onto the beach! Landon by the Sea features a private beach & is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Landon by the Sea, Unit #3, is a 2 bedroom-2 1/2 bath townhome located directly on the beach. The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 bath, washer and dryer, living room/dining room, 42 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD, and porch that opens up to the beach.

The upper level features two bedrooms, each with a private bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and gulf-front balcony. There is also a king size bed and bunk beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is high speed wireless Internet access.

There are also three other similar units available for rent including the newly remodeled 'owner unit' number 4. Call or e-mail for further details.

Why The Owner chose Frangista Beach

We have been coming to Destin for over ten years. The star attraction for Destin is the white sandy beaches. When looking for our home away from home we had to be right on our own sandy beach near the heart of Destin. We also like being close to the outlet mall and the restaurants in Sandestin. Avoiding the traffic of downtown Destin was also a key reason we chose this location on the eastern end of town.

What makes this townhome unique

We enjoy playing on the beach and swimming in the warm Gulf waters. At night we sit on our balcony and listen to the waves of the Gulf. We enjoy the serenity of the location with the convenience of shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. We often walk to Pompano Joes or The Whales Tail for lunch or dinner and walk on the beach back home. We enjoy using the bike path right outside our door to ride up and down Scenic Gulf Drive. Fishing right outside your back door just can't be beat.
