A large modern lodge owned by - and adjoining - the historic Maes Fron Estate(see www.maesfron.co.uk}. Semi rural woodland setting on the lower slopes of Moel-y-Golfa with amazing views across the valley to the Long Mountain and Powys Castle. 4 main bedrooms plus one on ground floor with own toilet and suitable for wheelchair access. Large open plan 'range' type kitchen with dining area and double doors to main patio (south facing for all day sun) and garden. Fully fitted with ever piece of equipment a chef could desire. Large lounge - again with double doors to the garden. HD Sky TV with full Sky Sports and Sky Movies Packages. Smaller private dining room with doors to front garden and smaller patio - wooded but gets evening sun. Secure outside parking for 3 cars. A gate to the garden provides access to the Maes Fron Estate and its 4 acres of National Garden Scheme gardens. These include a restored tower folly, a shell grotto, large kitchen garden and restored Victorian conservatory

  • As this property is fitted and furnished to very high standards a deposit of £100 is required against damage/breakages and is refundable at the end of the letting period. Full payment of rental due is required 8 weeks before occupancy. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Outside peak periods there is a 25% reduction for single or double occupancy.
  • Please note that the above rates are fully inclusive and include bed linen and towels, electricity, central heating and logs for the fire. There are no extra charges !
