About Rob Luby
My first sixty years were all in the North and Northwest suburbs of Chicago. I moved to Mesa for retirement and purchased this home because of the great atmosphere Northeast Mesa provides. The Red Mountain Ranch Country Club provides new challenges every day.
I've purchased two other rental homes in the area and have now moved into a larger home nearby. I decided to make this home a seasonal rental because it has a great yard and is such a pleasant place to be.
Rob Luby purchased this house in 2006
Why Rob Luby chose Mesa
Having spent lots of time in the Phoenix area over the past several years, there was no question that Northeast Mesa was going to be the area to which I would move. This house was perfect as the place to begin my retirement years and still fits the bill as a great place to spend time in the area.
What makes this house unique
When I purchased this home, the back yard was a blank slate. I designed a resort-like environment that is truly unique. The house is tile floored, nicely decorated, and well appointed. Hardly a mile from the Loop 202, access to all that Phoenix and it's environs offers is minutes away.
