The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully fitted with modern equipment including kitchens and cooking facilities. It is about 5 minutes walk from the main ski gondola, and a similar distance to the old town centre of Bansko. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and has 2 balconies and views of the Pirin mountain. There is a sports centre with gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room in the complex, available for use by all guests for a small fee. The apartment has a lounge with folding sofa-bed and a coffee table, 21-inch colour TV with international channels and a 14-inch TV in every bedroom, stereo sound system with CD & MP3 player. A cleaning service is provided every 3 days and is free of charge.

Ski: Bansko offers great skiing for all abilities. The ski hire and lift passes are great value when compared with the Alps, and eating out is a fraction of the price. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the main ski gondola, and you can leave your ski equipment at the very friendly and helpful hire shop about 100metres from the lift.
