A private luxury home, 3Bed/2Bath, living room, dining room, family room, full kitchen, screened lanai, community heated pool that is well maintained. This home is fully furnished with everything you need including king size bed in master bedroom, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and jacuzzi, There are 2 twin beds in guest bedroom and a third bedroom with a full size futon.

Entertainment includes: LED/TV/Wifi high speed internet, plus up to 200 channels and optional(extra cost)pay per view movies.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens and towels are supplied.

Included are: Refrigerator, microwave, espresso and cappuccino machine, gas BBQ, central A/C and ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. Great location in a well maintained neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, grocery, tennis, golf clubs, close to Sarasota airport and an hour from Tampa or Fort Myers Airports; 10 minute drive from beaches. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me.

Seasonal rates apply. This is a Non-Smoking and Pet free home.
