Condo. 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. This tastefully decorated unit was recently remodeled and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Including an in unit washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and dishes, linens and bedding.

The master suite offers a king size bed, TV, a walk-in closet, stand up shower and large vanity area.

The second bedroom offers two beds, one double the other twin. Plenty of closet space. Full bathroom located outside the door. The living room features a reclining couch and loveseat, TV and dining table.

Outside, amenities at the disposal of the residents include a heated pool, jacuzzi, screened balcony, grilling area, tennis court, covered parking, and additional storage.

The beautiful south end Gulf beach is right across the street, where dolphins are often giving a show. While staying at Grandview, restaurants, stores, beaches, and entertainment are all within walking distance so if you’re not up for an active day, you can take an easy walk to the island's Movie Theater or just lounge or stroll along the coast. Nearby Naples is only 20 miles away, which offers additional activities and adventure.
