Our love of old building has lead us to a career of restoring old buildings making them functional without losing their character,
We are the second owners since William Penn and Lord Baltimore. It was in the Cooper family for over 200 years, the original owner came over to America in 1734 and is buried in the cemetery here on the farm as well as some Civil War Veterans of the family.
The terrain here is lovely and rolling, with beautiful views. Although it was in deplorable condition when we bought it, we fell in love with it on first sight. It has been a labor of love ever since.
The main house we built in 2004. It is comfortable for the two of us but also great for when the family comes to visit for reunions and holidays.
