Beautiful, spacious and very private quality villa with 3 bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathroom and separate guestroom. Separate television area, with satellite TV, quality stereo equipment and large CD collection. Huge covered terraces all around the villa and sunny terraces all around the pool. Beautiful outside furniture, 8 sunbeds, 8 chairs, several tables, parasols. Big stone grill with integrated stone sink,water and light and great sea views. Large pool with modern salt water treatment and outside shower, solar heating and pool cover to guarantee comfortably warm water already in February. Floor heating and wood stove available for the chilly winter evenings. Very well and completely equipped modern kitchen. All windows and doors equipped with mosquito-sliders. Two mountain bikes and lots of games available, like table tennis, darts, special badminton and volleyball area, children playground,etc. Carport for two cars.
