Located on 200 feet of private, sandy Lake Michigan beach, this home is nestled on the shore of 3 acres of beautiful Northern Lake Michigan forest, providing privacy and seclusion with the amenities of a modern residence. All rooms have expansive views of the lake with the Manitou Islands in the distance. You may happily spend hours on the deck planning or remembering many pleasurable activities, or you can read and relax as our resident eagle flies by.

The home sleeps six with two upstairs bedrooms and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens will be provided. This beautiful home has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full baths.

Whether you enjoy active water sports, shopping, antiquing or gambling, Sutton’s Bay and Leland are all within easy reach. Many local Michigan vineyards provide wine tastings and both fresh produce and freshly caught fish from Lake Michigan are available.

Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, recently named the nation’s most beautiful location by ABC’s “Good Morning America”, affords ample opportunity to hike or drive through spectacular dunes. If you spend a week on the Leelanau Peninsula,you'll want to return again and again.

We purchased the property,after an extensive search and built the home because we always wanted a residence on Lake Michigan.we and two of three adult children use the home extensively,but since we live in the Grand Rapids area,it is at times available to others.

If you are looking for respite from the fast paced life and need to get re-charged this is the place for you.
Quiet secluded location with direct access to the soul changing waters of Lake Michigan beaches.
My wife and I stayed here for a week in August and never left the property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
