The accommodation comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, the master bedroom having a stunning full-width window overlooking the golf course and separate dressing area; downstairs is a large open plan lounge/kitchen with a 42' plasma TV, a completely private enclosed terrace; a separate large storage room for golf/sport equipments and a private patio opening directly onto the new championship golf course. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and is fully equipped. All fittings are of the highest quality. The house has shared swimming pool and the resort boasts an excellent on-site restaurant, tennis courts, water sports on the lagoon and children's play area and is among areas of unspoiled woodland suitable for walking and cycling. This brand new designer leisure/golf resort is situated on the Obidos lagoon which opens to the Atlantic Ocean. There are plenty of activities on site. The area is unspoiled with plenty of nature walks, a nearby beach is one of the best surfing destinations. The medieval town of Obidos is only 10-15 minutes drive away. The area/region prides itself as a cultural centre with many festivals arranged throughout the year.
