They are fitted with air-conditioning units,which also suppy heating in the colder winter months. Indoors, bathroom towels and bed linen are provided. Guests must provide their own beach towels. A strict no smoking policy is in place inside the villa. A stunning raised sun terrace (20x20m), boasting a luxury swimming pool (Length 9m depth 0.5-1.6m), a shower, and plenty of space for sun bathing, games, BBQs and eating. Suitable for children of all ages, providing they are supervised at all times. (This is insisted upon). Attractive French doors at the rear of the villa lead to a lovely patio area, with steps to the terrace/pool area. These fabulous golden crescents stretch for a luxuriant six kilometres, with consistently high quality blue flag bathing, lifeguard patrols, a wealth of water sports and an impressive approach to cleanliness. The villa is also 1 min drive from The Real de Faula golf course, one of the best known around the Costa Blanca. Lying slightly uphill from Benidorm allows an impressive view over the beach and city.There are two 18 hole courses, plus various practice areas. (Advance booking is recommended). Other activities available include Scuba diving, waterskiing, fishing, para gliding, markets, museums, waterparks, theme parks, go-karting, as well as shopping centres, and free sightseeing trips. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks within walking distance of the villa. Ask for car hire recommendation.
