Top Level: Loft seating around large flat screen TV, DVD player, XBOX. Loft overlooks the middle level living area. Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms provides sleeping for the young and old alike. First bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has full bed with huge walkin closet and bay views, third bedroom has twin bed over a twin trundle plus an additional twin bed, and the fourth bedroom on the top level is a queen.
Mid-Level: Huge living area with dark hardwood floors, overlooking the build-ins featuring a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Gourmet kitchen with two tier granite countertop and breakfast bar, built in wine cooler, microwave, oven and warming drawer all in stainless steel as well as the refrigerator and dishwasher. Second computer station located in kitchen plus a breakfast nook with comfortable seating for 8. Separate dining area with seating for 6-8 also has access to wrap around deck. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer plus a large sink. Access to the large mid-level decks that wrap around the back of the house. Outdoor gazebo overlooking the bay with plenty of seating surround a round free standing gas fire pit. Gas grill off the kitchen next to outdoor dining table and a cozy playhouse for the kids to play in off the kitchen and dining room.
Lower Level: Furnished with your comfort in mind, this level offers a living area with gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Kitchen with granite couner tops and stainless appliances. Computer desk is next to seating at the breakfast bar. Two master suites are located on either side of the living area with queen beds and full bathrooms. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall closet. Access to outdoor decks and professtionally landscaped backyard and pool area is picturesque against the backdrop of Back Bay. Several seating area around the pool offer comfortable sunbathing or shade under the pergola. Walk off the deck towards the pool area and there is a private gym with several fitness systems including weights and cardio. The outdoor area is filled with music from the surround sound system operated from the pool deck or the from inside the house. A private shower and changing area is located off the deck. This home also provides a boat dock to fish or crab off of as well as launching your canoe or kayak to tour the bay. A street legal golf cart is available for full week rentals in June, July and August at no charge. During the off season months a 50% discount is offered to guests wanting the rent the golf cart.
