Beautifully decorated apartment, ideally situated next to the Invalides (which you see as soon as you walk out the front door), and it is just around the corner from Champ de Mars, the Eiffel tower, the Rodin Museum, the Pont Alexandre III with the Petits and Grands Palais, Trocadero and the Champs-Elysees. The apartment is on the second floor of a well-maintained building, built in the 1950's with an elevator. This 55 square meter apartment has oakwood parquet flooring and large windows looking over a quiet residential street on one side and a private wooded garden on the other. The entrance hall opens to a roomy living area on the left, luxuriously decorated with a comfortable couch, antique furniture, fine oriental rugs and beautiful traditional contemporary artwork. There is also a mahogany dining table which can be opened to sit 4 people. To the right of the entrance hall is a wonderfully equipped kitchen with its own small private terrace overlooking a private garden.

Beautifully decorated apartment - ideally situated seconds away from Les Invalides, built by Louis XIV as a hospital and retirement home for his armies. The remains of Napoleon Bonaparte are buried in the chapel. Just around the corner from the apartment iyou come across the Champ de Mars, the Eiffel Tower, the Rodin Museum, the Pont Alexandre III with the Petits and Grands Palais, Trocadero and the Champs-Elysees. The apartment is definitely located in the heart of Paris! But once inside, you can relax in this cosy quiet apartment.
