This charming, cottage like apartment is suitable for couples or families. The apartment is attached to a private house and was built by the owners as a guest apartment. As such it offers so much more than a purpose built holiday apartment. The house has no immediate neighbours, and is in a fantastic location right on the beach, offering peace and quiet - a place to relax and forget all your worries! Inside there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a good sized open plan living area with lounge seating, a dining table and a well equipped kitchen. Two people can sleep in the living room, meaning that the apartment can comfortably sleep six. In the living room is a traditional Greek loom which was used for weaving in days gone by - this is in full working order, and really adds to the atmosphere of the place. In front of the apartment is a private paved courtyard, partially shaded where you can sit and relax or dine all-fresco. There is plenty of parking.

The apartment is located right on the beach, 3km west of the town of Limni in the north of the island of Evia. The ferry port of Edipso is 24 km away. The location is what makes the apartment so special. There are no immediate neighbours, and this is a wonderfully relaxing place. You can wake up in the morning and go straight into the sea for a swim, spend the day exploring the island, dine outside in the cool of the evening... The closest town (Limni) is 3km away, and offers everything you will need on a day to day basis. There are shops, supermarkets, cafes, tavernas, banks etc. The town is of medium size, and most of the buildings are only two stories tall. Local laws have kept all the buildings in the traditional style, with orange tiled roofs, and this lends a very pleasant feel to the place. There is a harbour where yachts can moor, and cafes line the waterfront. The ferry port of Edipso is about 24 km from the Alternative
