2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with outstanding views of the Mediterranean sea, car parking and swimming pool. This property is not your usual holiday apartment, the furniture is top class no expense spared (no plastic chairs etc) The views from the main balcony and the main bedroom balcony have to be seen to be believed. This property would suit families or couples who are looking for a quiet, get away from it all holiday. Sitting on the balcony lots of hawks, swifts and swallows fly by to entertain you. The sun comes from behind the apartment therefore allowing you to have your breakfast in comfort before it gets onto the pool and then on the balcony around 12 noon till late evening. It has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and sky installed. No pets. We may have available our next door apartment if you require more rooms for a bigger family. We have a meet and greet as well as an airport pick up service available. We expect full payment when booking to secure the apartment.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1 Miles

Our apartment is 25 mins drive from Malaga airport along the coast road to Marbella. We can supply pick up and drop off at the airport and also recommend a website for the cheapest hire cars whie in Spain if you want to drive. The property is easy to find as i will send directions when you book. The property is in a mainly residential area however there are lots of very good quality restaurants and small bars within 5 mins walk. A golf course is also 5 mins drive away and lots of other courses within 15 mins drive. There are a number of beaches that are only 5/10 mins drive or a 15 minute walk. Also a naturist beach if that's your thing. The property has fantastic views of the Mediterranean as well as all down the coast to Gibraltar and across the sea to Morroco. Marbella is a 20 minute drive away and Puerto Banus is a further 5 minutes.

Wow EXCELLANT apartment

What a lovely apartment,had one of my best weeks away as this is home from home,great for the quiet nights in with a nice bottle or two.A great supermarket just round the corner with Internet cafe 3 or 4 restaurants and a few bars.Down the hill you have more restaurants and bars,i recommend the Fair Isle excellent.I had a car which is great as you can go up and down the Costa Del Sol and see what you want,but i would avoid the toll road it was nearly 7 euro each way going to Gibraltar.Everything you need is in the apartment except the microwave,and it,s all quality.The balconies are great the views spectacular,i could sit there and just let the world go by so relaxing.The pool is about 25 feet by 8 and is okay as wee had it to ourselves,the weather was excellent for this time of year.All in all a great holiday and that was down to the accommodation.


I have recommended this apartment already and i will return myself

Beautiful apartment

My sisters & I enjoyed our stay - the apartment was very clean & quite comfortable & met our needs for the week of our rental. The view from the terrace was fantastic! Also had the same view off the master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped - the dishwasher & clothes washer were definite bonuses. The owner was in the process of repairing locks on the sliding doors (that would have been the only problem). I would definitely recommend this rental to others. We took bus tours to Seville & Gibraltar & drove to Ronda & Pueblo Mijas - enjoyed all these amazing places. We ate at quite a few Spanish restaurants & the food was delicious! Hope to return someday.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was great - smart, clean and very well equiped. Located at the top of a hill with a great outlook - the downside is either the walk back up the hill or the small cost of a taxi if you don't want to drive. Nancy who met us on arrival was as you would expect, pleasant, helpful and her recommendations for a day out and and dining were much appreciated. Riviera del Sol is a primarily residential area with a small beach, several supermarkets, bars and restraunts, with enough to eat differently each day of the week. The area has plenty of small beaches and towns to visit as well as the larger tourist venues a 20 minute drive away. Car hire is definately recommended and the short drive to Mijas Pueblo is a must. Thankyou.

Excellent apartment, situation gave great views over the area towards the coast and mountains. The property benefits from having a swimming pool which we used frequently to cool off after a long hot day. Furnished to a high standard and all the appliances you need to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. The only thing I feel the apartment would benefit from is air conditioning especially for the hotter months. I would recommend this apartment to a friend. A good base from which to explore the area.

Great apartment in quiet but convenient location

The apartment is lovely. It is clean, very well furnished, with everything you need for your holiday and more. It was a pleasant surprise on entering the property.

The views are astounding, across the town, along the coast, and you can also see the mountains.

The swimming pool is small but adequate. It is long enough to do lengths, and great to cool off in after a day out. You cannot really walk to the beach unless you feel fit, but the location was perfect apart from that. Great for exploring along the coast in either direction.

There are a good selection of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket in easy walking distance. The main shops, bars and restaurants are a little further away, but still just about walkable (about 10 min walk) and the shore line bars are only just over the road from the main shops, etc, so only a two minute drive.

I think you would need a car, unless you are looking to just stay local and chill-out, which this apartment is great for.

It has two balconies with superb views and a TV with digital TV if you fancy staying in. It also has washing machine, dishwasher and iron board, to ensure you have everything you need.

The apartment is over 2 floors, with double and twin bedrooms, two showers, and although one of the showers is over the bath, the bath is very short, so you won’t be able to lie down in it.

The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge is very comfortable. The main balcony off the lounge has a lovely big table to enjoy the view over breakfast. The balcony off the main bedroom on the top floor also has a small table and a couple of chairs.

I would have no problem recommending this apartment.
