This brand new luxury apartment is part of a peaceful complex with a shared pool. The sea is close by and there is a restaurant on site. There is a garden with lawns and a children's play park with a trampoline, swings etc. This is a perfect environment for families! The apartment consists of a good sized double bedroom with two comfortable sofa beds and a well appointed kitchen. The double bedroom has built-in storage space while the bathroom has a shower unit. No expense has been spared on the fixtures and furniture, and the apartment's brand new for 2009. The sandy beach at Tolo is just a mile away (1.5 km), and there are lots of famous archaeological sites to visit in the area - Epidavros, Mycenae, Tiryns and others. The town of Nafplio is about 15 km away and offers plenty of good tavernas and cafes, and boutique shopping. Boat trips leave from Tolo during the summer months for the nearby islands of Hydra and Spetses as well a Monemvasia.

This little holiday complex has a grassy area leading to the childrens' play area and is in a traditional Greek village very close to the sea at Tolo and a short drive away from historic Nafplio which is a delight to explore. It was the first modern capital of Greece and boasts fortresses and former mosques, a fine archaeological museum along with some great little bars and tavernas and lots of interesting little shops. Near to the complex is a rocky outcrop which you may scale if you like. It can be seen from the area around the pool and is a real draw to the eye.
