Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment of 150sqm located in a quiet residential building in front of Marina Botafoch with stunning views to the sea, marinas, Olt Town of Ibiza (Dalt Vila), Talamanca Bay and Formentera island. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(1 ensuite) with views to the Old Town, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and 2 private terraces, one of 8sqm with dining table and Old Town views and the other very large and sunny, 50sqm furnished with bamboo sofas, dining table for 6 and sunbeds to take the sun and spectaculars views to the Old Town, marinas, Talamanca and Formentera island. Air conditioning throughout. There is a swimming pool in the complex and concierge. You can park outside without charge.

The apartment is in one of the best and quiet locations,Ibiza's most exclusive&cosmopolitan area Marina Botafoch on the first line where are the Yachts Clubs, most fashion boutiques,good restaurants and cafes. IbizaTown is at 10 min walking distance,also in a high season from Marina Botafoch a regular boat service runs across the harbour to Ibiza Town all day until early hours. On the other side of the apartment is the nice sandy beach of Talamanca. Famous nightclubs of El Divino and Pacha are at 5-10min walk.
