A car is recommended but not essential as there are many amenities within walking distance.

Albufeira is located in the Central Algarve and is ideally placed for visiting Zoomarine, the wonderful aqua-theme park with its dolphin interaction program; the water-parks, such as Slide & Splash and Aqualand; Algarve Shopping with its varied shops and cinemas; Adega do Cantor, Sir Cliff Richard’s Vineyard; Guia, the home of chicken piri-piri; and Albufeira and Vilamoura Marinas, all a 10 – 20 minute drive away. A little further afield you will find Almancil Karting with its fun-filled race-tracks.
Sesmarias Village is also perfectly situated for golfers with easy access to many golf courses. The nearest golf course to the Villas is Salgados at a 5 minute drive.
