About Kevin

We live in Georgia and love coming to the beach when ever we can. So we bought the condo because it is not one of the big high rise complexes with so many people that you can't even get to the beach.

Kevin purchased this condo in 2012

We like staying here because even in the busiest time it does not seem to be crowded.

you can park right out side your door and the beach and pool is never crowded

We absolutely loved Nautical Watch. This condo, in particular, is in a great location with a beautiful view of the beach. The bed was super comfortable. The appliances are all in great condition - nearly new, but there aren't many pots and pans. We didn't have any trouble cooking meals, though. Really enjoyed this spot!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We loved the condo!! Great location away from Spring Break noise. Loved being on the beach ... Perfect view!! The only problems we experienced were minor .. No iron or ironing board. We flew in, so couldn't pack an ironing board. We purchased an iron & requested an ironing board from housekeeping, but no one showed up. Only other problem was kitchen counter top wasn't attached, felt like it was going to fall off if leaned onto. Also, the blinds in the bedroom were missing pieces & people walking by could see inside. We rigged a fitted sheet up over the window for privacy. Other than these issues, property was very clean. Wish it would have included beach chair rental!

The owner was fantastic in answering questions quickly!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Spring Break Fun

Condo was clean and beach right out back door.
Close to activities but far enough away that
beach wasn't super crowded. Pool great for
sunbathing. We had a good time.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway
