Lake House

Large 4 BR 3 BA Lake House on beautiful Toledo Bend Lake. Brick house on 2 manicured acres with it's own boat ramp. Property offers plenty of parking and a large game room that includes a regulation size pool table. Large fenced back yard with oversize deck, gazebo, large BBQ pit, outdoor furniture and fire pit. Sleeps 11 with 2 King size bed rooms, 1 queen, 1 double with double/twin bunk bed room, and twin day bed with twin trundle in office. High efficiency washer and dryer, ref/ice maker, trash compactor, dish washer, electric coffee pot, separate freezer, 4 rooms of direct TV, Free wifi and unlimited long distance phone access. Central heat and air, fireplace & two car carport. Fully furnished with linens, towels, toilet paper and bar soap. Property has a bulkhead which provides easy access to fishing in cove.

Owners of Holly Park Marina, Inc. Our family marina has been in business for 43 years and still operated by family.

This home came up for sale this summer and we jumped on it because although we have accomodations we wanted to offer a 'Lake House' type property to those who want more privacy and plenty of room to roam. This land was originally owned by my grandfather and was sold as two lots but over the years different owners have improved the property to now 4 lots - 2 acres. The home has been remodeled within the past year by the previous owners which included new appliances, new floors, new granit counter tops and a new regulation pool table in the game room. 2 -3 families can get together easily or just friends that like to fish, hunt, explore nature and escape the city.

Please provide a valid Credit Card to reserve by calling 409-625-4424 or 409-625-4116. A refundable 350.00 deposit will be required at least 1 month before arrival. Cancelled reservations before two weeks of a arrival will allow full refund of deposit.
All quoted nightly rates are subject to 12% tax. Monthly rate of 5600.00 will not be subject to tax. Traditional 3-day weekends, such as Easter, Memorial Day & Labor Day will be subject to 3 night minimum stay. Extra charges for extra people over 11 will either be 9.00 for extra adults or 4.00 for extra children - this includes any day visitors.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

My sister and I and our families spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at the Lakehouse. The property is gorgeous as well as the home. We had so much fun. FIsh weren't biting but my brother in law spent a lot of his time drowning the bait :)
It is a place of relaxation and good times

Great escape withoput going too far!!

This ia a beautiful place to get away to spend time with family and friends... there were 7 of us at all times and sometimes many others who dropped by for dinner!! The house was in excellent condition with large outside seating as well as a huge game room ... The beds were very comfortable and there are 3 full baths.....The owners are super nice people and are so accomodating if you forgot anything .. We will definately go back again!!!
