Our Executive condo has a master suite with a King Bed and Private En-suite, and a second bedroom/den has 2 Twin Beds ( can be converted to a short King Bed on request) and a second bathroom. The living room offers a Queen size pull out leather sofa bed. (with a memory foam on it..)
You'll love the upgrades from granite counters and high end appliances in the kitchen to the gorgeous bathrooms with custom slate and granite. When you walk into this unit, you will feel right at home with the warm inviting colors, custom slate flooring, and high end feel.
Step out the patio doors to your private patio, fully equipped with a table for 4 and BBQ. Sip some cocktails while you BBQ and the children can play on the grassy area right off the patio. The pool is just a skip away for the quick dip to cool down.
We have tried to think of everything you would need to make your stay perfect. Each bedroom has a TV, the twins room has a play station 2 with some games, and the living room has a TV with DVD. We have also included a light selection of videos and music cd's. For the in days, we have stocked a few board games and some cards.
Telus TV, private internet and a local phone are all available at no charge.
This unit offers one of the best locations in the building, and Discovery Bay offers the best location to stay. Downtown is a short walk of about 15 minutes along our beautiful waterfront. Tugboat beach is just a 4 minute walk around the building.
One parking stall is included. Please note our height restrictions in our terms.
This Gorgeous poolside executive 2 bedroom condo can be rented out weekly or daily.
Weekly Rates are based on 4 persons, including children. Rates will adjust with #of guests accordingly.
This unit is available dailly/weekly until end of Oct, and then weekly or daily bookings (min 3 nights) will be accepted only within the monthly calendar period.
For Example: Booking for Week of Nov 15, will only be considered if we are already into November or one week in advance.
Monthly rentals Nov thru April at $1800/m with a min 3 month stay. Otherwise $2100/monthly. Includes utils and basic housekeeping 1x per month.
We have a max of 6 persons including children (with 4 being adults 25+) sorry no pets and no inside smoking. Please be sure to read our rental terms prior to booking.
