Enjoy the pool, lake and Seawall view as you sit on the patio. The photos of our view are accurate and we hope our guests will enjoy hours spending time on the patio, as the owners have enjoying such a beautiful view. The owners renovated the condo head to toe in July/ 2012 and it looks amazing. This condo is located on the east side of the complex.
We do offer secure Wifi and a washer/ dryer.
Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or an evening beverage while enjoying our amazing views. Have family you prefer to watch swim in the pool? The east side pool can be seen right from the balcony.
Our hot tub is warm YEAR AROUND.
The Maravilla complex has 3 pools, a hot tub, outdoor grilling, a gym/ business area, dvd check out, Foosball and much more. We have convenient restrooms located in the pool areas. Convenient elevators throughout that are also located close to the condo. Everything is very easy to access.
The complex has a gym, Wifi in the lobby/ business center, and laundry rooms close by if additional laundry area is needed.
This is a non-smoking condo.

We are minutes away from many beach pocket parks, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. If you want to know more about our local attraction please contact our property manager. Be sure to visit Jimmy's on the Pier. The pier is within walking distance and serves all meals. Rent a fishing pole and fish the day away.

My family and I (total of six) went to Galveston and found a newly remodeled condo to stay in. It was located in the Maravilla condo resort just a few minutes west of 61st street. The condo had all new appliances and linens. The condo was clean, well supplied, updated, and modern. We were very pleased with the accommodations . The Maravilla had 3 pools, hot tub, and workout room. One of the pools was very large and the workout room faced the gulf. You could see the ocean as you worked out. We could also see the ocean from our patio. The patio was large and could easily accommodate the whole family. The photos and information about the unit were accurate and Christina was great to work with. Another big plus was that I received my deposit back within 2 days. Amazing!! We hope to stay in this unit again the next time we vacation in Galveston

We are just staying at the condo for one night and I wanted to thank the owners for their kindness. Its so nice that they give guests the chance to getaway at such a lovely resort. The Maravilla has all one would need. They were even working on new handrails which look beautiful and the construction was not a distraction. They property manager told us the owners are still working on decorative improvements but we cannot imagine what more one would need. A beautiful view of the seawall, beach, and the east side pool is all you need. We cannot wait to come back in the future.
