Located on a brand new complex situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road with easy access to all local tourist attractions. The complex boasts a large swimming pool which is heated by solar panels in the cooler months, a children's pool, a jacuzzi pool and a snack bar. It also has a fully equipped gym which can be used at no extra cost. The property has 2 large bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and own balcony. A cot & high chair are available (at an additional price). Downstairs is a large open plan lounge with beautiful quality furniture & a ceiling fan, kitchen & dining area plus a cloakroom. The lounge has patio doors opening onto a furnished terrace which leads to a small beautifully landscaped private garden. The property has satellite TV installed, Wi Fi connection (extra 15euros per week) & I-Pod dock. station.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including a dishwasher and washing machine and has a view of the swimming pool area.

Nearest Airport: Paphos at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 200 Metres
Car: not necessary
The townhouse is situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road, where you will find numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars and tourist shops all within 2 minutes walk. There is a small sandy beach just 5 minutes walk away. The Harbour Area and Paphos Town, with its quaint streets and shops, or, if you prefer, Bar Street are 20 minutes walk away. Alternatively, a bus stop is 2 minutes from the complex and buses travel in both directions every 15 minutes, taking you into Paphos or to other attractions such as the Water Park or the famous Coral Bay Beach. The Tombs of the Kings archaeological site is also within walking distance and there are numerous other archaeological sites to explore in and around Paphos. If you wish to hire a car you can be in the Troodos Mountains in about an hour and can ski there in the winter months. There are 3 golf courses: Minthis , Secret Valley & Aphrodite Hills, which is a championship course.
