$300 per night for three bedrooms, Kitchen, Living room, and Concierge Service!

While this residence doesn't boast a great view the price is right for those that are going to be out and about all day! Why pay more for a view that you will only glance at. The residence is located as close to the Amenity Center and pool as you can get. Our two bedrooms upstairs have their own private baths and the Master has a lanai to enjoy the fresh air of the Big Island!

The first floor has a bedroom with a private bath. A laundry facility with all supplies for doing a laundry. The downstairs has two lanais, one off of the Kitchen and the other off of the Dining area, convenient to the outdoor kitchen. A large screen television is available for your viewing pleasure if you decide to stay in for the night... a DVD selection is available for rent at Foodland Farms a The Shops at Mauna Lani a short walk next to the Villages.

Your concierge at the property would enjoy hearing from you if you have any questions, and to confirm that you are in fact renting from the owner of the unit. There have been several individuals that have been 'scammed' by someone that pretends to own the property and accepts substantial Deposits that are lost. While we believe we have negated that from occurring any more but, it is for your peace of mind that you should always contact a real person before sending any money via wire transfers, Western Union or other methods that can not be recovered.

Our management company provides the meet and greet service to you as well as access 24/7 should you have a question or concern, the Concierge lives on the resort and can be at the Residence usually within 10 minutes. We do not ask you to come to register, we meet you and make sure your stay begins properly with a clean, cool and welcoming home
