There are miles and miles of back country roads and trails accessed with a tribal permit just above the property. Ideal for mountain biking, & 4x4's.
If your new to the area, a trip though Glacier Park and a trip around the lake, shopping at the small towns around the lake are nice. I like to rest and recreate right at the property. It is quite, peaceful, very clean cabin, outstanding views and a place to enjoy Montana. My wife says it reminds her of the mountain summer range on their families ranch.

Both of us are Montana kids, graduated from Montana State as did our two daughters, We are now retire and have a cabin about 1/4 mile from this property. We live in Missoula in the winter with a trip to Hawaii and maybe a little RVing to the southwest.
This property, near the end of the road and in the timber provides quiet and seclusion, Great neighbors. For boating, the Islands off shore normally provide more peaceful waters on the lee side of the islands if the water gets uncomfortable. There is a quiet bay on Wild Horse Island where the sailors moor for the night.
A nice Lake location with great sunsets. My wife likes to go for morning or evening walks, We both kayak, ride the seadoos, go snorkeling, ride the UTV on the mountain trails, go for picnic's on Wild Horse Island and look at the Big Horn Sheep, the huge Mule deer and the horses on the Island.
