As such it occupies some 830 sq ft of prime central London and has just been renovated to a high standard to include wooden floors in the living room. New furniture throughout including TV. The living room has a smart modern leather sofa and two designer single sofa-bed chairs. One of the double bedrooms has a double bed. The other has two single beds.
