The home is walking distance to the Club's Tennis and Equestrian Center, Palmetto Lake and the Lake House. This home gives you access, through the amenity card system, to the Seabrook Island Club amenities and the property owners Lake House pool and fitness center. The Beach Club has an outdoor restaurant and bar, swimming pools, beach access, as well as an arcade and gift shop. The island has two challenging golf courses, The Ocean Winds course is designed by Willard Byrd and the Crooked Oaks course is designed by Robert Trent Jones.
It is a short bike ride on a paved bike path to nearby Bohicket Marina Village and Freshfields Village. These two villages offer a variety of shops, restaurants, boating activities, full-scale grocery store and medical facilities.
