About George Oswald
George owned a ski condo in Breckenridge, Colorado, since 1995 and enjoyed many great years of skiing and rentals. In 2012 we decided to trade it for a condo in Florida. George was born in Bronxville, NY, and worked for Chrysler Corporation, for almost 30 years, spending 10 years overseas. Marion was born in Holland. Apart from her mother tongue and English of course, she also speaks German and French. We met in Belgium, got married in Germany, and lived in Egypt before our retirement in 2006. Now we divide our time between a home in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, and Florida. Our interests include running, skiing, hiking, walking, golf, biking, and traveling.

Why George Oswald chose Cocoa Beach
We chose this property because George has vacationed in the area for over 25 years. George's dad rented property in Cocoa Beach and also owned a condo in Satellite Beach. George's brother, sister and niece also live in Brevard County. Spending summers in the quiet woods of the Adirondack Mountains makes this lively part of Florida a perfect alternative for the winter months.
What makes this condo unique
We especially like Harbor Club because of the direct waterfront view and the opportunity to walk to many local restaurants, stores and attractions. Being on the river front affords great views of passing manatees and dolphins - we keep binoculars in the condo, so you will not miss any of the wildlife action!
