My husband and I love the waters of Eastern North Carolina and the intercoastal waterway south to the Florida Keys. I have taken a boating course in Sarasota to gain confidence and experience. The feeling of being on a boat on the water sets your soul free. Your cares vanish as you cruise and see interesting people and places. We are the happiest when we are on the water.
Jennifer Spruill purchased this yacht in 2010
We bought our boat because of the spaciousness and comfort it offers. It has good headroom which can be hard to come by on most boats. Staircases leads to upper deck, no ladders on this boat. Also, the shallow draft is ideal for cruising the bays and sounds in the Eastern North Carolina area. Local knowledge is a must. We offer the services of an able captain, native to the area, for sunset cruises on the beautiful Roanoke Sound. See the rest of the Outer Banks from this special and unique perspective and learn about our wildlife, sights, history and natural beauty. Assets that are often overlooked but not to be missed! In Manteo for the summer season. Usually Fort Lauderdale in the Winter.
We love the Manteo marina for the quaint waterfront views, friendly people and small town atmosphere. And best dockmaster, Carl Jordan, on east coast. Our Captains and mates know the waters, history and places unique to the area. Renting the Cypress Queen instead of a house gets you directly on the waterfront with restaurants, shops, activities, historical sights and a concert venue. Nearby vendors offer activities like parasailing, kayaking, dolphin cruises, sailboat cruises, paddle boarding, Pirate ship, off shore and inshore fishing, plus many more!
