AN AFFORDABLE JEWEL IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN!

We got exactly what we wanted—a downtown condo with convenient access to the Convention Center, Petco Park, the Gaslamp district and Trolley. As owners, we like to wake up to fresh brewed coffee, and then put on our running shoes and head out into the city. Within a few minutes, we are at the waterfront in front of the Convention Center and then at Sea Port Village. We continue around the bay past the Midway Aircraft Carrier and the Maritime Museum. The Star of India, a historic sailboat, is always a beautiful sight. Sometimes we include Little Italy for the Saturday Farmer’s Market.

Once we log enough miles, we are always ready for a good meal. Just a few blocks away in a historic brick warehouse is Mission Brewery, a fun stop in the afternoon for a beer sampling. Depending on our food mood, we might go to El Vitral, for fantastic margaritas and a creative menu. For a burger, we go to the Neighborhood. If we’re not there, you can likely find us at a great wine bar or sushi restaurant nearby too.

It’s a secure, quiet building that has been beautifully designed. The area surrounding the condo is full of new restaurants and shops, and there is a great energy for young and old.
