This modern, urban studio is perfectly suited for 2 people and located in the newly developed and trendy East Village.
The space is new and fully loaded with comfort in mind. Tastefully decorated, you’ll find all of the comforts of home.
Wine bars, burgers, sushi and Mission Brewery are just outside the door and nightlife in the Gaslamp district has much to offer like the House Of Blues, Nobu restaurant, and Bertrand Mr. A's… just to name a few.
Short walk to Petco Park, Convention Center, Horton Plaza Mall, Gaslamp 16 Movie Theatre, and the ferry to Coronado Island.
Horton Plaza has some of the finest shopping in San Diego, not to mention the hundreds of nearby shops and boutiques within the Gaslamp. Take a short trolley ride to Little Italy for authentic Italian cuisine, bakeries, gelato, and wonderful shops with many Italian imports.
Near all major freeways.
Hop in the car to see the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Beaches, La Jolla, and Balboa Park—all about 5-15 minutes away. A trolley stop is also 1/2 block away for convenient and efficient public transportation.
We got exactly what we wanted—a downtown condo with convenient access to the Convention Center, Petco Park, the Gaslamp district and Trolley. As owners, we like to wake up to fresh brewed coffee, and then put on our running shoes and head out into the city. Within a few minutes, we are at the waterfront in front of the Convention Center and then at Sea Port Village. We continue around the bay past the Midway Aircraft Carrier and the Maritime Museum. The Star of India, a historic sailboat, is always a beautiful sight. Sometimes we include Little Italy for the Saturday Farmer’s Market.
Once we log enough miles, we are always ready for a good meal. Just a few blocks away in a historic brick warehouse is Mission Brewery, a fun stop in the afternoon for a beer sampling. Depending on our food mood, we might go to El Vitral, for fantastic margaritas and a creative menu. For a burger, we go to the Neighborhood. If we’re not there, you can likely find us at a great wine bar or sushi restaurant nearby too.
It’s a secure, quiet building that has been beautifully designed. The area surrounding the condo is full of new restaurants and shops, and there is a great energy for young and old.
Located across the street from the new Main Library, the Padres Parkade, and is a couple of blocks from Petco Park.
