This cozy one bedroom apartment is a comfortable, affordable option for vacationing on Anna Maria Island. Well-mannered pets are welcome. Catch the free Island trolley right at the end of our street to explore all the Island has to offer. Or walk to restaurants, shopping, fishing piers and local night spots. Relax ... it's a quiet residential neighborhood.
About Terri White, 1st lady and mgr/owner

The Whites purchased this property in 1994 and have been busy updating ever since. Previously on Homeaway. Same place, new bright colors.

Wonderfull.
Easy comunication, arrived christmas day night, key were said, lights left on for us.
Accomadation clean and comfortable, great location, quiet, everything we needed. Great price.
Terri is a lovely lady.
Thanks for a wonderfull holiday.

I booked this place for my husband and my first wedding anniversary. The photos looked great and location was perfect. Terri was fantastic! She was accomodating and kind and the place was everything we needed. We could walk a few steps across the street to the beach or a few streets down to Bridge Street for the night life. No car necessary! The rental was clean, had everything we needed, and even our puppies enjoyed the relaxation. We could not have asked for anything more and really enjoyed the patio and grill area, especially at night when it was cool and breezy. We will absolutely be back and would recommend this place to our own friends and family. Worth every penny!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
