Large, nice, cosy, rustic villa 'Iaia', surrounded by trees, meadows and fields, 7 km from the centre, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 7 km from the sea, on a side street, in the countryside. Private: grounds, garden (fenced) with plants, flowers and trees, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (above ground) (5 m diameter, 15.05.-26.09.), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning daily on request (extra). House maid daily on request (extra). Cook on request (extra).
