Come enjoy all Santa Barbara has to offer from the comfort of our refurbished hillside bungalow. Tucked onto a quiet street on the lower Riviera, a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Mission and Rose Gardens, our house is the perfect home base for whatever you desire on your Santa Barbara getaway.

This home is ideal for a couple or small family. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin with an additional fold out in closet. A Pack 'n' Play is available upon request.

Built in 1908 and restored in 2005 this home is a historic piece of Santa Barbara. During renovations we strived to preserve many elements that contributed to the original character of the house. This includes great antique windows and french doors, original hardwood flooring and a brick fireplace. Both the Kitchen and 'Jack and Jill' style bathroom were upgraded using classic vintage hardware and materials.

We want you to enjoy Santa Barbara as much as we do so we have included great SB guides, games, picnic supplies, as well as two bikes. As natives of Santa Barbara we would be happy to do whatever we can to help you enjoy your stay. We can offer recommendations on restaurants, beaches, wine tours, yoga classes, golf, hiking and whatever else draws you to SB. We love our house and hope that you will too!

About Scott Wilson

We are Scott and Carlene and we have two young daughters and a dog. We lived in this house in Santa Barbara for many years and only moved to accomodate our growing family. We love this cottage and think you will too.

We are located in an ideal Santa Barbara location. The Riviera is a central and quiet area that is close to everything. A beautiful walking neighborhood.

This was my second vacation to Santa Barbara and it blew the other trip out of the water! This home was so beautiful and amazing, I have decided to ONLY stay there when I travel back. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and gorgeous are only a few was to describe this place. If you rent this house you will no be disappointed one bit!

Family...Family...Family... Just like the Santa Barbara we grew up in!! Thank you Wilsons!! You thought of everything! We don't want to leave - and that's saying something 'cause we live on Maui! Thank you for the bikes too.
