Highgate Park Davenport Area

Excellent villa, very spacious, very clean

The villa is in a very nice community, which is kept to a very high standard. The villa is very spacious and well maintained. Very good layout and the facilities are first class. The pool and spa area is very private and again very spacious. Therefore eating outside at the pool area was just lovely. Owners have done very well with providing plenty of patio furniture, beach towels and all the little extras that make the difference to your overall enjoyment of your holiday. Home from home is the phrase that comes to mind. As for the location of the villa , again this is first class, with easy access to Disney, the I4 and the 192. There are lots of lovely eating places nearby, our favourites were The American Ale House (on the 192), Outback (on the 192) and Black Angus (again on the 192). I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa. Our favourite parks were Aquatica (a fab waterpark), Universal and Islands of Adventure. A little tip I would say is to pay for the eating voucher at the park $10 per person - this was well worth it.

Fun and Relaxation Vacation Retreat

We had an excellent vacation at this clean, comfortable, private home. There was plenty of room for four children and four adults. The home was quiet and in a beautiful gated community. The pool area felt very private because it backed on to the nature area. The pool and spa area was incredible and the kids asked to leave Disney at around supper time each day to get back to the pool. The spa was a great relief for our achey muscles after the busy days at the parks. We loved getting back to our home for some peace and quiet.
The owners were very prompt to fix an issue with the spa heat and were quick to respond to emails and followed up with pleasant personable phone calls. Our only wish is that the bbq was available for use at this home.
Very close to a grocery store and restaraunts and we enjoyed Mia Pizza just up the street. Close to the highway which takes you to all major attractions. We would stay at this home again and hope to in the future.

Coupe Deville is a fabulous base for a holiday in the Orlando area. 15 minutes from the Disney parks, close proximity to supermarkets and diners etc. We found it to be spacious, clean and very well equipped. Our three children would have happily foregone the theme parks just to play in the pool. Everything felt very secure and it was easy to find with a GPS from airport. We had a holiday and a half at Coupe Deville and would recommend it to anyone looking to do Disney and the other parks for a holiday, or just to explore the area. Fabulous!

I am delighted to leave a review for this property. We stayed here between 14th and 28th June 2011 and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in in our 9 times visiting Florida. The location is superb. Very private overlooking woodland that stretches miles. The gated community gives you a real feeling of security and is immaculately maintained.
This home is perfect in every way and was spotlessly clean. We spent many hours in the pool and spa or eating out under the covered lanai.
Travel to the Theme Parks or either coast is so simple being situated just 4.5 miles from the I4 and 1.5 miles from the 192.
I would recommend anybody who wants a superb quality vacation home with peaceful surroundings safety and security to stop here. The owners are thoughtful, helpful and lovely to deal with.
This was one of the very best holidays we have had mainly thanks to stopping at this superb property.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just returned after 2 weeks at the Villa.Travelled as a party of 8 and the villa was more than spacious enough to accomadate.The villa was clean and tidy and it was easy to get to.The Pool was fantastic and all the family will have fond memories of sitting out on the terrace and unwinding from the busy Disneyland parks which are very easy to get to.A thoroughly enjoyable holiday and I would recommend staying at this villa. Carole the owner made a point of ringing whilst we were there to ensure our stay was satisfactory and all communication was clear and straight forward.We had a fantastic time and the villa was one of our hi-lights and we look forward to returning.
