Our beautiful three bedroom Villa is situated in the prestigious gated community of Tuscan Hills. Community facilities include a Clubhouse with Fitness Room, Child’s Play Indoor Play Room, Games Room, Wi-fi, Large Lounge and a covered Lanai overlooking the Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Tot Lot and Palm Garden.

Our Villa comprises all the expected modern amenities including:-

Three bedrooms (1 King master suite, 1 Queen sized bedroom and 1 twin bedroom)

Two bathrooms (master en suite leading to a walk in closet with safe)

Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery and most other utensils

Laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board

Formal dining area and separate breakfast nook

Living area with 42” flat screen TV

Telephone and Wi-fi

Games room including pool table, air hockey, electronic dartboard and basketball game

All towels and linen provided

Fully air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in the living area and master bedroom

South facing pool (26’ x 13’)

We visited Florida several times and loved the way of life. After viewing many properties, we found our dream vacation home.

What makes this villa unique

Our villa is in a quiet, gated community close to all the the theme parks. Supermarkets within 2 minutes and shopping malls within easy reach. The south facing pool gets the sun all day for a relaxing dip after a busy day at the parks.

Tuscan Hills is ideally situated on the US 27 and only 1 mile from US 192 and 10 minutes from the Interstate 4 giving easy access to all main travelling routes in Orlando. Disney is a 10 minute drive while the parks at Universal Studios and the newly opened Legoland are only 20 minutes away. For the golf lover, there are approximately 20 golf courses within a 20 mile radius. Supermarkets – Walmart and Publix – are located on both the US 27 and US 192 within a five minute drive. There are numerous restaurants, takeaways and shopping malls in the area.

Excellent Vacation Rental

We have been annual visitors to Florida for the past 25 years. We spent the last week of February and the entire month of March here. This is one of the best houses that we have rented during that timeframe. It all started with great communications from the owner during our enquiries and prior to our arrival. The house was very clean and it had all the necessities that you expect from a rental. The weather this year was quite a bit cooler than usual but we found it quite comfortable around the south facing pool. The location is great for getting to the parks and other attractions. Also close to shopping and golf. I would recommend this villa and this gated community to visitors of any age group. The only disappointment is that it is rented for the time period that we are looking at next year.

EXcellent property, well looked after

We have stayed at many places in the Orlando area, but this one stands out from the rest. The home was clean and comfortable, the pool was great, the owners were outstanding to deal with and very cooperative. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to spend their vacation.

The house was incredibly clean and well stocked with all the things a family would need. It was close to the main strip with lots of restaurants and stores and the route to Disney. We stayed in this house with our 2 boys (5 & 8) and my in-laws stayed for a couple days with us and there was plenty of room. We all enjoyed the game room as well as the pool with the large deck. The only thing we missed is there wasn't a grill. The owners were incredibly easy to work with and everything you see on the website is accurate. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful home

When we decided to take a last minute trip to visit family we found this property and the owners were very prompt to respond and answer any and all questions. The booking went smooth and quickly. The home was better than expected for the price. Very clean and well furnished. The pool and patio area was very well maintained and LOVED the south facing pool. Beautiful sunshine all day. When there was a problem with the pool heat the owner was QUICK to correct it and communicate with me regarding the status. The location is safe and secure and minutes away from all attractions and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property. We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you again for a great stay and accommodating our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The description of the property is very accurate. Our family enjoyed the games room, sun porch and pool. Disney is approximately 15-20 mins away, depending on the traffic. We found using a toll road to travel to Disney to be faster. I would recommend this property to others. It is nice to have the space and amenities of a home when traveling with family. The owners were good to deal with.
