Woburn Villa offers you a 'home-away-from-home' experience in our self-contained very spacious apartment. With panoramic ocean views of Egmont Bay, Grand Harbor (under construction) and Fort Judy. The apartment is elegantly and comfortable designed. Internally, the furniture are of English, Mexican and local craftsmanship. Bedrooms are light, airy with romantic ambiance all with en suite - they can configures to suit your specific requirements including twin and king size beds. Very spacious dining room seating six. A gourmet kitchen with all modern appliances; fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwaves, cable television, Broad-band Internet, mobile telephones are also available. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Woburn Villas is secluded yet close to the city of St. George's where you will find bars/restaurants, designer shopping with duty-free goods.

The South West Region, 10 minutes drive from Maurice Bishop International Airport. Grenada is everything the Caribbean has to offer, with a mixture of rain forest, waterfalls, the famous Grand Anse beach and other secluded pristine golden beaches. Grenada is the eastern Caribbean - a producer of spices. The island is located 12 degrees north of the equator. The capital is only minutes drive away from Woburn Villas also the Grenada Golf and Country Club a 9-hole course. About 25 minutes drive is Grand Etang Lake - This is a natural creator one of extinct volcanoes, rare orchards punctuate the dense rain forest. Grenada Natural Museum 8 minutes away - set in the foundations of an old army barracks and prisons built in 1704, small but interesting museum just off Young Street in St. Georges offers a collection of objects and artifacts of the island's history and culture. Lots to do - water sports, Diving, Snorkeling etc. There is also a good nightlife.

    10% Service Charge and 8% Government Tax to be added.

    There are no hidden charges to surprise you when you get your final bill.

    If two apartments are book together then you will receive 15% off the price.

    Please note that we do not increase our rates during Christmas, New Year. The standard seasons (Low and High) stays at the same rate at all times.

    A deposit of 25% (plus charges and taxes) must be paid with your initial booking to secure your bookings. Full payments must be made twenty-eight days before your chosen arrival date.

    A request to cancel a booking must be submitted in writing twenty-eight days before arrival. No refund will be given if a cancellation is requested within twenty-eight days of your chosen arrival date.
  • A deposit of 150 British pounds or equivalent for breakages or damages to be refunded back to you if there are no breakages or damages.

    Smoking on the balcony and on the grounds are permitted.

    Strictly no smoking in the apartment.

Large Mexican pine chester drawer, large chevel mirror, two bed-side table with lamps. The beds are covered with exquisitely hand-made designer bed spread and pillow cases. They are light and airy with a luxurious and tranquil feel with a romantic ambiance. You can view the ocean first thing in the morning and last thing at night through your bed-room windows. With the natural cool breeze coming from the ocean/sea view often makes it un-necessary to make use of the air-conditioning.

We had such a surprisingly delightful stay at Woburn Villas. It was surprising in that it was a surprise where it was--a hidden gem--at the end of the roads and turns we took, and without the use of street signs on Grenada. When we arrived, the place looked (and was) so much nicer than the Internet digital pictures could show. It's so spacious and ultra-modern. The washing machine was an especially, appreciated convenience! The building is new, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. Yvonne has gone to much trouble to make the villas "just like home," and even better. Plus, she put fresh flowers on the dining table and in the bedroom--an excellent touch.
Besides the bay view and the warm breeze, the nutmeg, papaya, and banana trees on the property added to the ambiance.
During the days and evenings, the large door to the balcony let in a great stream of Caribbean breeze, but for a good night's sleep, there's a quiet (thank you!) and effective A/C in the bedroom.
Yvonne was helpful with all our questions and needs, willing to give us privacy, or be available. She has a great sense of humor and genuine graciousness that made us grateful we had the chosen to stay 3 nights at Woburn Villas.
