Convenience stores and gas station is in close proximity. The beaches and CBD, winelands and nightlife are all conveniently accessible from this location. Cape Towns only amusement park, Ratanga Junction is just a 2 minute drive away. Bloubergstrand the surfing and kite-surfing mecca, is reachable in 15mins, with amazing sunset and mountain views, almost as good as those from the apartment itself.

Fabulous apartment with amazing views

Would recommend this flat to anyone. Stayed for a week over Christmas and new year and was one of the most special holidays of my life. The flat is luxurious, immaculately kept and with really friendly, helpful concierge staff. Was a perfect holiday apartment and hope to go back one day.

I found the property to be in excellent condition as i am in the contracting industry my eye is naturally drawn to finishing details.The decor was stylish and modern.

The location is nearby Century City,walking distance to the shopping centre.There is an awesome view of table mountain from both bedrooms and from the balcony.The security is 24 hrs and there is always someone in the reception who can assist in organising a taxi or assist in arranging one of the many excursions available in Cape Town.

I would definitely recommend this to all as there is something for everyone.

Wir waren im November für 11 Tage in dem Apartment. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität und der Besitzer ist zwar nur telefonisch zu erreichen, aber immer bereit Tips zu geben oder Probleme aus der Welt zu schaffen. Tolle Lage, super Blick und für 4 Personen ausreichend, auch wenn es nur ein Bad gibt.
