The location of this home could not be more perfect! Not only is Marsh Ridge Golf Course our next door neighbor, we are minutes away from Tree Tops, The Loon, Otsego and many more. This home is also located minutes away from 62 Acre Otsego State Park which features a wonderful 1/2 mile beach area, an all sports lake, and activities the whole family can enjoy including hiking, fishing, kayaking and much more!

And if summer sports aren't your thing than have fun exploring some of the best skiing and snowmobiling in Michigan. This home is minutes away from Tree Tops and Otsego Ski Club and 40 minutes or less drive to to Boyne Mountain, Shanty and Schuss; and an hours drive to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. Snowmobiling trails are right across the street from our front door so the fun never ends!!

Some of the best restaurants in Gaylord are also just right down the street from this home.

And if you are up for even more adventure take a day trip to Traverse city for a wine tour or Mackinaw City for shopping or a trip back in time on Mackinac Island.

After a day of fun, sit back, relax and make yourself at home at Cobblestone Cottage.

This home has a beautifully manicured yard with brick patio, horse shoe pit, and child’s play set. Home is located two minutes to beautiful sandy beaches of Otsego Lake. During the winter, this home is across street from main snowmobile trail on US 27 and is close to Down Hill Ski Resorts. There is an attached two car garage available to guests. Home sleeps 14. 8 individually.
