A smartly furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a spiral stairway to a private roof terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic, the El Teide volcano, and the red mountain. It is minutes from the award-winning beach of El Medano and close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is in a quiet residential street and is a 3 minute walk from 2 main supermarkets. The property is maintained to a high standard and has wheelchair access. There is a large children´s playground at the back. Other than the pleasures of the beach, there are two wind/kite-surfing beaches. Hence, El Medano is often referred to as the wind-surfing capital of the world! It also boasts nearby golf courses of international standard. The apartment has a modern fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV (also, a DVD player), washing machine and dishwasher. The television receives all Spanish channels, 5 UK terrestrial channels, plus 2 movie channels. It is perfect of three adults, or two adults with two small children.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential street, but is minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants, bars and wind-surfing beaches. There is a bakery in the street, and it also has to big supermarkets nearby. There are some golf courses 10 kms away.
