The apartment has a Master suite with King bed, 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a 20' TV/DVD in each bedroom. All linens, pillows and bath towels are provided.     Check-in is 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is 11:00 am (we are happy to accommodate an earlier or later check in time if available and understand you don't want to be hanging around after a long journey waiting to check in especially when you have little ones)

    The property is available to rent 52 weeks of the year. The outdoor pool is heated all year round.
  • OUR BOOKING PROCESS:
    Please email first to check that your desired dates are definitely available. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will be sent a booking form which should be completed and returned by mail or email together with your 10% deposit. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival then full payment must be sent with the booking form. Any balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival in the US. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and after your deposit has cleared the bank. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the T&Cs by all persons occupying the property.
    We accept payment by cheque, direct deposit, Paypal (fee applicable) or credit card (fee applicable). All quotations are provided in £, $ and Euro. Please advise if you require your quotation in an alternative currency to the above.
