2-floor house overlooking the ocean and the mountains. Floor to ceiling glass walls to maximize view. Master bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 room with queen bed, 1 room with 2 bunk beds (4 people), and a sofa-bed in common area. Mini-pool. Wrap-around balcony on 2 sides of house, stunning views of ocean and mountains. Internet/Wi-Fi available. No AC. ADT alarm.

House overlooks Whale Tail Point (Punta Ballena) and Marino Ballena Park, the only marine national park in Costa Rica.

What makes this house unique

The 2-floor house overlooks the ocean and the mountains. Wrap-around balcony on 2 sides of house and deck over the side of the mountain allows stunning views of ocean and mountains. Punta Ballena (Whale Tail Point) and Marino Ballena Park, the only marine national park in Costa Rica, can be seen from the house. The house is 2 kms. away from the park and beaches (5 min. drive/20-25 min. walk)
