1 Bedroom apartment, sleeps 2-4, Sea Views, Great Beachs

Apartment built in 2008, all mod cons, air conditioning, washing machine, TV, balconies front and back, parking outside and parking in basement. On a hill, it always has that cool breeze and has views to the coast 1 km away. On a clear day you can see Corsica. It is in the village of La Muddizza, on the north coast of Sardinia. About 1.5 hours drive from Alghero Airport. There is the larger towns of Valledoria and Castelsardo nearby also.

You have a view of the sea from the front and a view of the hills and countryside from the back. The nearest beachs are La Cia Cia & Maragnani, a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes driving. You can also drive to Badesi beach,15 minutes by car or to Costa Paradiso beach, 30 minutes by car. These are all fantasic beaches with golden sand, and a beautiful light green sea, very clear, very clean, not polluted and not overrun with tourists, where you've plenty of space to yourself. Maragnani and Costa Paradiso are my favourite beaches.

Location: The apartment is in the village of La Muddizza about 1.5 kms from the larger town of Valledoria, on the north coast of Sardinia.

1.5 hour drive from Alghero airport.

The nearest large town is Valledoria, about 1.5 kms from the apartment.

It's a 3 year old apartment on the first floor (not on the ground floor) with balconies front and back. Views to the sea coast from the front balcony and views of the surrounding countryside from the back balcony.

There are shops, church, bar, in the local village of La Muddizza, about a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

There is a also a wonderful fruit and veg shop at the end of the street selling great tasting fruit and veg very cheap and litres of red and white wine for €2.50 per litre.

Beaches: The nearest beaches are La Cia Cia & Maragnani.

I'ts walkable in about 20 minutes or driving 5 minutes.

Then there is San Pietro in Valledoria, Badesi, Costa Paradiso, Capa Testa. These are all drivable from the apartment add about 15 minutes to Badesi, 30 minute drive to Costa Pardiso.

They are the best beaches I've ever been on and you've lots and lots and lots of room. They're not overcrowded at all.

Maragnani and Costa Paradiso are my favourite beaches.

Great Place to get away: In all its a great place to get away and just relax.

Great food, beaches, climate and a nice crowd of people holidaying there.

The house is very nice and brand new with all the comforts, air conditioning and parking comrpeso also has a private balcony where you can eat while admiring the sea!
The Supermarket is a 5-10 min and in the center of the village there are shops fruit and vegetables very cheap.
As for the position. it is close to long sandy beaches, a 20-30 min you can reach the Coast Paradise (amazing!!!) where there are many bays and 15 minutes from Castelsardo, a beautiful village overlooking the sea.
May I conclude by saying that I recommend to all the house of Mr. Ciaran because in 11 years that I went to Sardinia I can definitely say that this is one of the most beautiful and tidy house where I was.

fantastic week in a nice apartement

Our family, two parents and an eight year old girl, enjoyed our visit in the apartment. The big balcony, where we could see the ocean, where an extra room for us where we sat in the mornings and in the evenings. Comfortable beds, also the extra bed in the kitchen. Good kitchen for cooking at home. A big refrigurator, and freezer, and washingmachine. On the the little balcony the laundry easily got dried. Aircondition in the whole apartm.
The neighbours were nice and friendly. Quiet inte the night. La Muddizza is a little village, nice and calm, with about 5 minutes by car to the beach.
From the owner of the apartment we got several suggestions of places to visit, as beaches, restaurants, (fantastic food at a special agriturismo near Badesi) etc.
We went from Alghero by car and rented the car for the whole week.
You need a car to stay in La Muddizza.
We really recommend this place.

sardinia apartment

We stayed at this apartment for 1 week in the middle of August, it was very clean, light and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen and a nice balcony with a view of the sea and mountains. It was a good sized apartment for 2 adults and one child. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, although a car is essential, even to the beach. There are numerous beautiful places to visit, the coastline is gorgeous.The supermarket in the village has everything you need and the local fruit and veg shop has fantastic produce and brilliant wine.
The owner give us loads of information about the restaurants, beaches and the local area in general, all of which we visited, enjoyed and found very helpful.
The pizza restaurant in Viddalba was a great experience, although we did struggle to find it and had to ask a few of the local villagers for directions, that was another great experience.
We had a brilliant week here very relaxing and we would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet location in Sardinia.

Relaxing holiday

We spent two weeks in July/August in the apartment which was very clean and comfortable for two people. A car is a definite necessity and we had a wonderful time exploring the interior of the island as well as the coastline.

The neighbours were very friendly - as were the locals. We can recommend the local bar/restaurant (can't remember the name but it's the one on the main road down to Valledoria and has a Guiness sign outside!) good food, excellent service and good value for money. Ciaran gave us lots of tips too which were very welcome. The local fruit/veg stall is a must.

Fantastic beaches all along the coast and Stintino is worth a visit. Another enjoyable outing was a boat trip along the river in the early evening - lots of wildlife, birds etc. to see.

One of the thing we liked about Sardinia was that because of the breeze which frequently blows we weren't bothered by mosquitoes!!

All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thanks Ciaran.

Everything was perfect!!

the holidays in La Muddizza were very nice. we liked the balcony because of the view to the sea and to the mountains. The area was quite and relaxing and the flat was good furnished and clean. There are a lot of nice beaches not far away from the apartment and some restaurants too. The owner was very friendly.
