Encinitas Cottage Rental Photos and Description
A Tranquil, Charming Cottage Retreat offering low allergen environment
We recently finished building a state-of-the-art home with a private, separate cottage on our property. Our all concrete, eco-friendly construction offers polished concrete floors with radiant heat floors (think warm feet), and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and cooking and dining supplies and utensils. Gas cooktop and double ovens. Healthy water purification system means you can drink right out of the tap with peace of mind and includes toxin-free showering and bathing. We use only organic, biodegradable cleaning products. Our lovely little cottage is bright, quiet, offers coastal breezes, and a space where you can retreat, read, and write. Private outdoor area for reading and soaking up sun. We are located a short walk (three blocks) from Swami's State Beach. Downtown Encinitas offers shops, art galleries, over 30 restaurants, boutiques, and gourmet coffee cafes within walking distance. Whole Foods has a store in downtown Encinitas on HWY 101. The Coaster stops in downtown Encinitas. For hikers we have San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve and the Torrey Pines State Reserve nearby. For shoppers the Cedros Avenue Design District is to the south in Solana Beach and to the north, is the Carlsbad Premium Outlet stores. There are many attractions in San Diego County. Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, Wild Animal Park, Downtown San Diego Gas Lamp District, Seaport Village and Coronado Island. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm is located about one hour north on I-5. We are three blocks from Scripps Memorial Hospital and right off Santa Fe Drive (border between Encinitas and Cardiff by the Sea). Cottage is limited to two persons. We have bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and beach mats for our guests to use. We would like to offer you a warm welcome to Encinitas and a healthy, happy stay with us!
