The perfect place to enjoy your vacation in paradise! Centrally located and just 15 minutes from the airport, we are 1 of 54 condos in 5 buildings on 5.6 acres of beautifully manicured lawns and lush tropical gardens. This is a bright and airy, non-smoking, second floor, garden view suite. Amenities include a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis courts, ping pong, putting green, cabana, BBQ picnic area and complimentary parking.
Quiet and relaxing, our large 2 bedroom/2 bath (2nd bedroom is a loft that is partially open to the livingroom below) upper suite has a private entrance to approximately 1066 sq ft (99 square metres), with all the conveniences of home, including central air conditioning and insuite laundry. For your comfort, the master bedroom and loft each have king-size beds with luxury linens. The sofa in the livingroom pulls out into a Queen-size bed. The main floor bathroom has a shower only, while the loft bathroom contains a full bathtub. Have a little one? A Graco Pack 'N Play is available for your use.
Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy breakfast on the large patio or BBQ at the cabana. Try out a fresh banana that grew on one of our trees! We have everything you'll need for a day at the beach, including sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers, or relax by the pool with a drink. Try your hand at the ping pong table, shuffleboard or tennis courts and practice your putting on the putting green (all sporting equipment is located insuite).
Need to do some work? Our home is equipped with wi-fi and complimentary phone calls to the US mainland and Canada; a fax/copier/printer is available for your use. Watch a movie on one of our flat screen TVs or listen to your iPod via our docking stations. Shopping, gas and restaurants at the Azeka Market are 1.4 miles down the street; the Kamaole I, II and III beaches are about 2.5 miles away. The ocean/beach is just across the street and shopping and other activities are just a few minutes drive away.
Our home was significantly upgraded in Summer 2012 with fresh paint, carpets, doors, window coverings, central air conditioning, tankless water heater, stainless fridge, beds, linens, some furniture and 3 LCD flat screen tvs. All beach, picnic and sports equipment were acquired then too. A full renovation of our main floor bathroom was completed in the Fall 2013. There are no Resort Fees.
PLEASE NOTE: In consideration of our neighbors and in accordance with our Homeowners Association Bylaws, smoking is strictly NOT permitted in the suite or on the lanai/patio. Smoking is permitted in designated areas of the Resort only.

We are two professionals who have a love of water and travel. Raised in Vancouver, Canada and Los Angeles, California, we are currently based in L.A. and can't wait until we can live here on a more permanent basis.
Maui was always a favorite annual escape from our cold, wet winters in Canada. Over the years, we've continued to visit and one of our friends planted the idea that we should get our own place in paradise. After seeing how well this worked for our friends, we decided to look for our new home! The Koa Resort appealed to us because the complex is extremely well-maintained and the location, size and amenities were really important to us. The layout and amenities allow us to travel with our extended family and friends and there is plenty of room for everyone. Comfort and convenience was our focus.
The large, open loft style suite gives the place a bright, airy feeling. The resort is across the street from the ocean and with so many on-site amenities available, you don't need to leave.
