This beautiful home has been designed to be used as the best vacation home in Bahamas, but has retained its very comfortable family home feel. With eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms it is perfect for the large family. The two pools are where you find everyone every day, and are regarded as the best swimming pools on the Island. The outside terrace is perfect for that late breakfast while watching the sun rise and seats 16 people in total comfort. For those who like to walk along the beach the sand is white the sea is warm and the waters clear. The pool is very child friendly with a fence around the terrace and the beach is child friendly with a high locked gate

But with the added advantage of great golf courses, the best diving in the world, whether you want to swim with Dolphins in the open seas or be very adventurous and go diving and feed the local sharks!!! In the evenings we have some fantastic restaurants or try your luck at the Casino or meet the local people at a local fish fry or just take a romantic walk along the beach. Bahamas also boasts the friendliest locals in the Caribbean who all speak English, and the lowest crime rate. No wonder so many famous people have made this paradise their home.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To reserve the Villa we do ask for a 20% non refundable deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a local tax of 7%. We do request a $500 breakage deposit which will be returned after your stay, the house is very child friendly with any delicate items placed out of reach.
  • Due to the large size of the home we have hosted numerous weddings at our home, and are very happy and experienced to arrange all the legal process and organize the preacher, flowers, catering, marque, even the special cake. We also own another property next door so are able to offer a total of 15 bedrooms and accommodate a total of 30 people.

Notes: With discrete full time staff consisting of a full time manager a full time chef and full time maid service there is nothing to do but relax and enjoy being pampered. But for those who have a guilt complex about relaxing the house has full wifi capabilities so you can keep in touch with the outside world. For those who need to be doing something, the famous Dolphin Marina is a few hundred yards away, there are two great golf courses within 5 minutes easy driving, the famous duty free shopping and restaurants of Port Lucaya are also only 5 minutes away and for those who like risk there is the famous Casino also only 5 minutes away.

Free Private Jet: From September through till the week end before Thanks Giving my private jet is available to fly you and upto five members of your family from Fort Lauderdale or Miami direct to Freeport. The joy of your own private jet is that the plane leaves when you are ready no long queue at the airport as you leave from the private executive airfield and on arrival in Freeport you will be meet by our house manager. Unfortunately we can only seat a maximum of six people, but if you would like to book the jet to do another run for the rest of your guests please ask us for a quote or if you would like to book the jet from your home airfield let us know. Typical costs are $200 per passenger per flying hour

We own two homes here: In case you have the need for a larger property we also own the house across the road which also has 7 bedrooms so we can offer a total of 15 bedrooms and up to 30 of your family at one time, just drop us a line if we can help you.
