Photos and Description of the Cody vacation house rental

This adorable 3 Bdrm home is in the heart of Cody just 1 block walk to the main street of where you will find shopping, restaurants, and attractions. This tastefully furnished victorian house has a large fenced in backyard with patio furniture & BBQ on the deck.

The Buffalo Bill Historical Center is a museum you won't want to miss. You are a 1 hour drive from the East Entrance of Yellowstone Park. This one of a kind scenic drive is well worth the anticipation of the park.

About owner

I was introduced to Cody in 1996 and immediately fell in love with the small town atmosphere as well as the wide open spaces. I was living in Reno, NV at the time but moved here in 1998. However, I am originally from Cincinnati, OH. Once I graduated from High School, I immediately moved to Colorado and have lived in the west ever since.

I am a Flight Attendant based in Philadelphia, PA; therefore, I must love this place since I commute to work every month. And as I'm sure you are aware, it is not an easy place to get to. My husband is originally from the Chicago area, but has lived in Bellingham, WA and here for 20 years where he has made his living as a Summer Back Country Guide, Hunting Guide in the fall, and Construction/Remodel the rest of the year. We are lucky enough to have 2 beautiful homes in this region. One on the Northfork which is 1/2 way between Cody and the East Entrance of Yellowstone Park and this one here in Cody. We live in the one on the Northfork now, but have rented it out in the past. The hardest part is deciding which one we want to live in because they both have wonderful qualities.

Why owner chose Cody

I was already living in Cody when I found this house for sale. I was not even looking for a house at the time, but I was taking a walk through Cody and stumbled upon the For Sale By Owner sign. It was such an adorable house, I had to see the inside just out of curiosity. The location is awsome. The rest is history!
