Villa Caterina and Villa Nicola are brand-new, semi-detached villa, in the Gouvia Area. They are built on three levels. They are a large, luxurious villas of 230 m2 each, with lovely terrace, private gardens and ample outdoor seating. They have large terraces at garden level, with stunning panoramic mountain and sea views across towards the low wooded hills of the North East coast. They are situated in a privileged and quite position and provides whatever you are looking for in a holiday. They are very comfortable villas with plenty of space to relax in. All the rooms are tastefully furnished in order to make your holiday a memorable experience. The balconies, terraces and gardens are in a very open space all facing the northeastern mountain and the sea. Outdoor parking is available.

The beauty of the surrounding nature and the quietness of the location of the villa will provide a fantastic place to relax. It has 4 bedrooms with 4 connected bathrooms, a big living room that opens to two terraces, a kitchen that opens to a terrace. The master bedroom has its own balcony. You can enjoy all the sea sport and restaurant there. It is also not far from Barbati and Gouvia bays. The glorious beach of Barbati offers a variety of many exciting watersports. Gouvia bay provides car and motor bike rentals, boat rentals, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, discos, sea-sport facilities, news agents, bus services, etc.

Beautiful place to relax holidays

We were surprice by the quality of the villa, being as nice as it looks in the pictures. Everything was in perfect order when we arrived.
It is a peaceful place, close to the city and the sea, so we could enjoy the sightseeing of the old city of Corfy, it greats restaurants and coffee shops, and the variarity of beaches.

The location is great as it is in the middle of the island, so it allows you to go to any beach in a very short time.

The details of the house, each room with its own bathroom, the details of the kitchen (utensils), modern decoration, and open spaces, gave us a very nice and relaxing atmosphere, not only in the house but around the swiming pool.

We have being in Corfu and rented many houses, and this one is the best we have being so far. Quality/price is the best.

I hope to come back soon to the same place.
