Welcome to our paradise in the Valley of the Sun! We just recently purchased this 2,650 sq. ft., beautiful home and upgraded it into a private resort with a large heated pool, therapeutic spa (hot tub), built-in natural gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and your own putting green. All located next to the second hole green of the beautiful Johnson Ranch golf course. The house is perfectly situated so there is morning sun and afternoon shade.

The new large kitchen has beautiful granite counters and all new appliances. The washer and dryer in the large laundry room are also new. The new 60 inch flat screen TV and bluray/DVD player are located in the family room, right off the kitchen. You can choose from the many HD channels from the cable box or view internet channels with the wireless internet connection. There are two inside dining tables, each with an extra leaf and a total of 12 chairs. There is also a beautiful slate pool table with all of the accessories.

The master suite is a haven of itself, with a King size bedroom set, and a huge master bath consisting of a soaking tub, separate shower, large vanity and sink area, and a huge walk in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space. We have furnished the home for the convenience of those who have small children, with a playpen and highchair. The large den has a high speed internet connection and new laser printer, so bring your laptop computer. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the entire house.

Our home is only 1 mile to the golf course club house, and many restaurants are only a couple minutes away. The Queen Creek shopping center is only 15 minutes away and the large San Tan Village mall is 30 minutes away.

Johnson Ranch boasts a beautiful 18 hole championship golf course, 3 community pools, several parks with play equipment, a 9 hole pitch and putt course, tennis courts, basketball courts and a fishing pond. Make sure to take in all the bright stars, satellites and occasional shooting stars you see in the evenings.

About Owners / Property manager's

My wife and I have always lived in the Seattle area. We have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. As we get closer to retirement we wanted a house in the Phoenix area that we can use to escape from our long winters and to share with our family and friends.

Our top reasons for purchasing this home are; a large pool, on a nice golf course and a large floor plan so the family can get together at the same time. Since purchasing in August of 2012, we have made substantial upgrades to the inside and outside of the house to make it a beautiful vacation home.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

We rent homes in many places around the US and to this day, this home was the BEST HOME we have ever rented. Private pool was excellent, and hot tub was also wonderful. Putting green was a plus.
The MBR and adjoining bath, was unbelieveably HUGE. The owners emailed us during our stay to be sure everything was OK, and it couldn't have been better.
We will definitely go back next Spring.

This vacation rental met all of our expectations and more! It was truly a home away from home. The location was fantastic and enabled us to great golf and shopping. Restaurants were plentiful and we highly recommend San Tan Flats which is only a short drive from where we stayed. The owners were very accommodating and willing to help out in any way they could. The home met all our needs-from the comfortable beds to the wonderful outdoor yard boasting a great pool,hot tub and putting green. Also a great fire pit for the chilly evenings in February. The photos were very accurate in portraying the home's appearance and amenities. We would highly recommend this home to family and friends and would not hesitate to rent this great home again!

This is an absoultely perfect spot for a fantastic holliday. The home itself is a mini resort, very spacious and complete with everything you would need. You quickly start calling it home!!
The area is suburban subdivision but the natural beauty of Arizona is easily accessable. There is also everything you need within a five minute drive.
For golfers it is also very conveniently located right on the Johnson Ranch GOlf course which is a lot of fun to play. The front nine, a bit of a track through the houses, but the back nine, majestic vistas and interesting elevations.
Tom the owner is great to deal with and went out of his way to make thngs as easy and comfortable as possible.

Our family enjoyed the many amenities of this beautiful home! From the pool table inside to the heated pool and hot tub outside, this home has something for every family member. The huge kitchen and family room allowed us to create beautiful gourmet dinners and entertain at home, but the location is conveniently close to an array of excellent restaurants within a few minutes drive. The spacious master bedrooms and the pillow top beds were a welcome retreat at the end of busy days golfing and hiking. San Tan Valley Regional Park and its many trails are beautiful and definitely a must see! Thanks Tom and Brenda, this is truly a home away from home! We look forward to coming back again!
