Villa Annalinda is situated in the quiet, sunny southwest of Cape Coral among upscale villas and tropical gardens, on a sparkling saltwater canal abundant in fish. From our boatdock you can drive your boat directly into the Gulf of Mexico. You can also fish from our dock or just sit and relax under gently swaying coconut palm trees and enjoy our magical sunsets. The light-filled, high ceilinged rooms were lovingly furnished. All three bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding.The dining room is set off from the living area and offers a lovely view through the large arched window into the tropical front yard. The modern kitchen with its equipment fulfills all your needs. From a cozy breakfast nook you have a spectacular view of the water and you can watch passing ships and jumping fish. You will probably like our lanai best of all for sitting and lounging. And the large, electrically heated pool lures you to jump in and frolic. The entire pool area is screened in for your comfort.

Our vacation villa is centrally, but quietly and attractively located in the desirable southwest area of Cape Coral. Shopping and restaurants are only minutes away by car or boat. It takes about 30 minutes to the spectacular white beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel-Captiva and only 10 minutes to the fine sand of Cape Coral’s own beach. Nearby splendid outlet malls fulfill your shopping desires. “Sunsplash Water Park” is great fun for young and old. 3 theatres offer ballet, concerts and broadway shows. And you can drive to the mystical Everglades in one hour.

Additional information about rental rates

  • German speaking property management will welcome you. Weekly pool- and garden service provided. Boat rental is possible in town (without licence).
  • The rates are for 4 adults and three children, (plus 11% Florida Tax). For each additional adult, there is an extra charge of $10 per day. Pool heater if used $10 per day. High Speed wireless interent connection $15 per week if used. There is a cleaning fee of US$ 150. A fully refundable security deposit of $250 is also required and will be returned within 3 weeks after departure. Rates for long term rentals and last minute offers upon request. Our rates are all inclusive without hidden costs and include the service of German speaking property management, electricity, (up to $ 60 per week), water, local calls, pool and garden service, bed linen and towels. Prepayment is $250. The rest payment, including the security deposit) is due 30 days before arrival.

Villa Annalinda: Annalinda is a beautiful, well maintained vacation home in a quiet but central location of Cape Coral. Well kept landscaping with tropical vegetation surrounds you during your holiday. Despite its quiet location, the house is located only a few minutes from the shops and restaurants of Cape Coral and Fort Myers. It is a 25 minutes drive by car to the dreamlike beaches of Sanibel, Captiva und Fort Myers Beach (depending on the season). The interior is very tasteful. The kitchen is fully equipped. – a house to relax and enjoy. It is located on a 10,000 square feet large lot, next to a 200 ft. wide salt water canal in the Southwest of Cape Coral. The house not only offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, but also a very well equipped kitchen with bar and breakfast nook. The heated pool invites you to just jump in.

Cape Coral: Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing communes due to its uncountable shore grounds and canals, to the lakes and the pools. A lot of the properties have direct access to the Pine Island Sound or the Caloosahatchee River. Villa Annalinda is located in the quiet Southwest area of Cape Coral surrounded by waste villas and beautiful gardens at a large salt water canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral is located at the Gulf of Mexico and is called the “Venice of America” due to its multitude of canals (about 600 km of water streets).

What a fantastic villa!

Just spent a marvellous week at 'Annalinda' in Cape Coral situated on Florida's south central gulf coast and we wish that we were right back there! We were welcomed by the owners, Marianne & Karl, with a lovely gift basket and found the villa to be extremely well appointed, clean and bright with everything that we expected in great condition.

The pool and surrounding furniture were great and perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun while all interior facilities were to the highest standards. The home was so comfortable and very easy to relax in that we felt 'at home' almost immediately.

We were able to take things very easily and enjoyed the leisurely life style at the villa with boats slowly navigating along the canal. We were also able to go shopping at nearby malls and supermarkets and enjoyed trying out a number of local restaurants.

It was a great break and we will certainly try to return as early as possible. We would recommend this villa to everyone.

Wir haben uns auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen und romantisch gelegenen Ferienvilla wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Lage, Ausstattung und liebevolle hilfsbereite Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Wir fühlen uns dort wie zu Hause und haben unseren Urlaub für 2009 schon gebucht.

Alles superschön !!!!!!

Wer einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in einer topgepflegten Villa genießen will, kommt um die Annalinda von Marianne und Karl nur schwer vorbei. Die Villa liegt, wie auf den Bildern ja auch erkennbar, unmittelbar am Kanal. Man kann sich für ein paar Tage ein Boot ausleihen, weil natürlich auch eine Hebeanlage vorhanden ist. Aber auch das Angeln lohnt sich vom Steg aus. Alles ist immer sauber und wird von den Eigentümern gepflegt. Wer irgendwelche Fragen hat, kann sich sich telefonisch oder persönlich an Karl oder Marianne wenden. Aber Fragen sind eigentlich nicht erforderlich, alles erklärt sich von selbst. Zum Einkaufen empfehlen wir die Outlets Tanger oder Miromar.Die Beaches (Fort Myers, Sanibel oder Captiva) sind alle gut zu erreichen. Wir bevorzugen Fort Myers, weil da mehr Bewegung am Beach ist. Captiva und Sanibel sind eher was für Romantiker. Alle sind leicht mit dem Auto zu ereichen.Lebensmittel kauft beim Publix oder im Walmart ein. Für uns steht jedenfalls fest, dass wir auch beim nächsten Mal die Annalinda buchen. Bereuen kann man es jedenfalls nicht.

Traumurlaub, der alle Wünsche erfüllte.

Die Empfehlung unserer Nachbarn, in Cape Coral / Villa Annalinda Urlaub zu machen, haben unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Ein überaus sauberes, gepflegtes, vorzüglich ausgestattetes Anwesen in wunderschöner Lage mit sehr liebevoller, hilfsbereiter Betreuung in allen Dingen durch die Vermieter Marianne u. Karl, ließ uns den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Ihre guten Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung waren sehr hilfreich. Durch dieses nette Verhältnis fiel uns der Abschied sehr schwer.
Sehr zu empfehlen, so daß auch wir gerne wiederkommen wollen.

Letztes Jahr hat es uns so gut zu zweit gefallen, dass wir dieses Jahr zu viert da waren. Alles hat gepasst und war sehr schön, eine sehr gute Preisleistung mit netter hilfsbereiter Betreuung. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.
