Everything is here, the ocean of restaurants, subway is 3 blocks, Times square is $6-$8 cab ride or a 19 minute walk, Soho is 21 minute walk or $6 cab ride, the Museums are a $10- $14 cab ride away, on a good sunny day you would just want to walk than take a cab, walking is a true New Yorker trait & which would give you a exceptional experience on what NYC has to offer.

Walking distance to Madison Square Garden & Empire State Building.

By the Way, Gramercy park is known for its celebrities that choose to live in it, so please excuse us if you get caught in a sighting :)The apartment has had a lot of love put into it as me & my Husband are avid travellers ourselves. It also has a 52inch flat screen TV with cable, Wireless Internet. Gourmet kitchen with marble counter top and top of the line stainless steel appliances.

The bedroom has a mahogany bed, the bedroom also has a contemporary leather sofa-bed that pulls into a full size bed, The living area has a leather sofa-bad that pulls into a queen size bed. Total three beds. Beautiful granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Please judge for yourself if your party will be comfortable. Coin operated (Quarters) Wash & dryers are in the lower level (LL on elevator) of the building for the use of building tenants.
